Drafted and filed disclosure statements for SOCO and Georgetown developments located in Coquitlam and Surrey, BC, respectively. SOCO is expected to comprise of five residential towers ranging from 23 to 44 storeys, a six-storey rental building, office space, retail space and a daycare. Georgetown is expected to comprise seven residential towers ranging from 6 to 45 storeys, a community space, office space, and retail space.
