Clark Wilson is delighted to announce that Alison Colpitts, Juan Pablo Mendez Campos, Laura Besada, and Sunny Chiu have joined the firm as associates.

Alison Colpitts was promoted from an articled student to an associate with our Business Litigation group. Alison’s experience also includes a highly coveted clerkship at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Her practice encompasses commercial litigation, business disputes, contract disputes, Indigenous litigation, real estate disputes, and appellate practice. As a trilingual practitioner, she is able to assist our clients in English, French, and German.

Juan Pablo Mendez Campos joins our firm as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate group. His practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing and land use. Juan Pablo is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Laura Besada joins our firm as an associate in the Family Law group. Her practice covers cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, separation agreements, divorce, child support, parenting orders and decision-making responsibility, litigation matters, and property division. As a bilingual practitioner, Laura is able to assist our clients in both English and Spanish.

Sunny Chiu joins our firm as an associate in the Family Law group. His practice includes cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, marriage agreements, separation agreements, divorce, spousal support, child support, custody and guardianship, parenting arrangements, and property division. As a trilingual practitioner, Sunny is able to assist our clients in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
