We’d like to warmly welcome the newest member of our Estates & Trusts group, Tristan Miller.

Tristan’s practice includes contested applications for validating and propounding wills, incapacity claims, removal of executors, wills variation claims, section 58 claims under BC’s Wills, Estates and Succession Act (WESA), as well as committeeship and guardianship applications. He has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
