This fall, the Condominium Home Owners Association of BC (CHOA) is offering a series of educational sessions titled Welcome to the “Condo Classroom”. These sessions have been developed to assist strata councils, property managers, owners and tenants in the general operation and management of their strata corporations.

Clark Wilson’s Strata Property Co-Chair, Veronica Franco, will be presenting at two sessions this November. She will be discussing the requirements for calling and conducting a council meeting, including notice, agenda, proxies, meeting procedures, and minutes.
