This fall the Condominium Home Owners Association of BC (CHOA) is offering a series of educational sessions called Welcome to the “Condo Classroom”. These must-attend events have been developed to assist strata councils, property managers, owners and tenants in the general operation and management of their strata corporations.

Clark Wilson’s Strata Property Co-Chair Veronica Franco will be presenting at two in-person sessions this October. The first will take place in Gibsons on Monday, October 9^th and the second, in Langley on Wednesday October 16^th. Veronica will be discussing the requirements for calling and conducting a council meeting, including notice, agenda, proxies, meeting procedures, and minutes.
