Please join us in congratulating partner Scott Lamb on his appointment to the Simon Fraser University (SFU) Community Trust Endowment Fund’s Board of Directors.

The SFU Community Trust Endowment Fund was established to oversee the planning and development of UniverCity, a sustainable master-planned community adjacent to the SFU campus on Burnaby Mountain. 65 hectares of land were set aside for the development on the basis of 99-year lease agreements. UniverCity is home to over 6,000 residents, with growth anticipated to reach up to 10,000 residents over the coming years. Revenue from these real estate developments funds an endowment for Simon Fraser University.
