- Successfully negotiated settlement and significant reduction of $10M delay claim by contractor, resulting in ministry and tax payers avoiding years of litigation and legal costs

- Successfully secured the cancellation of a certificate of pending litigation against property where claimant failed to assert the proper proprietary claim in context of a joint venture agreement to carry out construction work
Property owner/developer
- Successfully negotiated settlement of claim against insured with a $1 mill exposure for land subsidence and potential collapse of a structure. At mediation, secured a substantial contribution from the co-defendant engineer notwithstanding a limitation of liability clause
