I am happy to be back at Clark Wilson for my articles. As a summer student here, I learned the basics of working at a law firm. Now, I get to build on that foundation and develop my technical skills. So far, I’ve had the opportunity to assist with due diligence on several large transactions, draft agreements, facilitate a client meeting, and present at a practice group meeting. In doing all these tasks, which were new to me, I consistently felt supported and comfortable asking questions. I’m excited to see what the remainder of my articles brings.
