At Clark Wilson, we know that our people are central to our continued success. Working closely with our summer and articling students and junior associates, Kathryn manages all aspects of their recruitment, retention and professional development. She ensures that each person’s journey is marked with opportunities for growth and fulfillment throughout their career with us.
Appreciating that starting a new role is daunting for many, Kathryn prides herself on becoming their “go to” person by being friendly and knowledgeable throughout their time at Clark Wilson. This collaborative, people-centred approach extends to her work with our extensive network of law schools, student associations and recruiting hubs across the country. She is able to quickly build rapport to identify common goals, expand relationships and improve services.
Kathryn brings over a decade of progressive experience within the legal sector. Prior to joining Clark Wilson, she rose through the ranks at the BC Prosecution Service where she was responsible for supervising, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee learning opportunities for employees of all levels across the greater Vancouver area.
In addition to a degree in Human Resources, Kathryn has earned a Bachelor of Social Work as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Development. Supporting people and identifying ways to improve policies impacting their work and lives is always at the core of Kathryn’s service.
