British Columbia’s real estate landscape presents ample opportunities, but the regular introduction of new legislation makes reliable legal counsel a key component for those in the sector to achieve their goals.
Harman works within our Commercial Real Estate Law group to assist real estate investors, developers and additional public and private organizations with their real estate legal needs.
Harman also stays well-informed on the intricacies of new and evolving real estate legislation. She proactively interprets regulations and laws to decipher if and how they affect our clients’ investments, projects and operations.
Before her legal career, Harman was involved in the real estate sector in a financial capacity. After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law, she held several in-house accounting roles at real estate construction and development organizations. These experiences afforded Harman valuable knowledge about the real estate industry, how our clients operate and their preferred methods for working with legal counsel.
