Christine has over twenty years of experience in litigation work. As one of the firm’s senior paralegals, she is a key team member of the Estate & Trusts litigation group. She works with lawyers and clients to manage file progression, carry out research into records, court files and other legal documents, and spearheads document management and collection. Christine’s strong organizational skills, resourcefulness, and ability to manage multiple deadlines help our clients succeed in the fast-paced deadline-driven environment of litigation.

Over her tenure, Christine has worked on all manner of estate litigation matters with successful outcomes, including cases before the Supreme Court of Canada and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She assists our team with wills variation cases, undue influence and incapacity claims, unjust enrichment, breach of trust claims, passing of executor and trustee accounts, and committeeship applications.
