Alexandra understands the dedication and emotional investment that business owners put into growing their companies. Before entering law school, she was a fundamental player in reconciling a Series A raise of over $7 million for a local startup, while managing investor relations and compliance with the BC Securities Commission. This role allowed Alexandra to influence many facets of the business – from researching and filing patents to drafting shareholder resolutions, subscription agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and purchase agreements, and assisting with real estate transactions. Her first-hand experience in crafting practical legal solutions and her willingness to go above and beyond has proven to be an asset to clients.

A recent client testimonial notes —

“Thank you so much to you and your truly amazing team. I know I threw a million different things at you (often all at once!) and despite all my random questions and requests you always managed to steer me in the right direction with calm, concise guidance, which I genuinely appreciate. I was admittedly a bit stressed and overwhelmed at times, but I always had the confidence that you could help me handle everything that came up, no matter what it was.”
