Family law deals with a wide range of legal issues related to dynamics that can be complex, deeply personal, and at times, all-consuming. As a knowledgeable advocate, Alexa helps minimize our clients’ stress while working toward a fair and meaningful resolution.

This calm and open demeanour helps put our clients at ease, allowing Alexa to build rapport and understand each client’s unique situation. Alexa works closely with our senior partners to quickly establish fact patterns, identify clients’ legal issues, and explore their best possible outcomes.

Having appeared as counsel or co-counsel before the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Alexa’s knowledge of courtroom procedures allows her to anticipate potential opportunities and challenges. Additionally, Alexa gained invaluable training during her summer articles with the Ministry of Attorney General, where she assisted with the investigation and collection of overpayment of government funds.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Alexa completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Windsor, where she developed an investigative and analytical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail. This ability to distill the facts from the noise ensures that our clients receive well-rounded and considered strategies when resolving their disputes.
