Clark Wilson LLP’s Indigenous Law associate, Megan Young, will present a session of Pacific Business & Law Institute’s “Indigenous Governance 2024” program next week.
The program brings together First Nations representatives and leaders in Indigenous law for an in-depth discussion on Indigenous governance including, land stewardship, health, child & family services, and economic development.
What will Megan discuss?
Megan will co-present the “Land Stewardship and Governance” session with Douglas Neasloss, Chief Councillor of the Kitasoo Xai’xais Nation, and Leah George Wilson of Miller Titerle + Company. The trio will cover conservation and management initiatives and development application processes along with recent developments in each area and their practical applications.
