Meera Jain will be a part of a panel for the April 15th webinar: “Game Changer: The Civil Resolution Tribunal and Minor Injury Motor Vehicle Claims”. The panel of 4 will discuss the new changes to the Insurance (Vehicle) Act and Regulations and the CRT rules and jurisdiction to handle minor injury claims. The webinar will consider questions such as: What evidence can the CRT use to decide the minor injury claim? How will limits on expert evidence be managed by the CRT? How will the patently unreasonable test, used for the standard of review for CRT decisions, be applied?
