On April 25, 2014, Marion Allan provided a review of “BC Cases Interpreting the Property Division Provisions of the Family Law Act” at a Continuing Legal Education conference. On April 24, 2014, she attended a meeting of the Medical Legal Society of BC. There, she briefly reverted to her judicial role and presided over a mock trial to illustrate the “dos and don’ts” of direct and cross examination of a medical expert.
