At the recent 140th Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association, Jeffrey Vicq organized and moderated a well-attended panel discussion titled “What Can Trademark Practitioners Learn from Advertising and Marketing Professionals?”.
The panel was made up of executives from Electronic Arts, Amazon and MMR Strategies who shared their insights; those in attendance also heard key findings from a small survey of trademark, advertising and marketing professionals identifying both areas of success, and for improvement, in professional collaborations.
