As industry professionals, Project Managers must be alive to key legal issues in managing risk, reviewing and preparing documentation and project delivery.

In recognition of this need, the Project Management Institute (PMI) Canadian West Coast Chapter asked Roy Nieuwenburg to speak on current legal issues and developments in the area of infrastructure, construction and procurement. Roy presented yesterday at the successful seminar.
