Rachelle Mezzarobba, James Speakman and Rosemary John acted for Prospero and its partners in their acquisition of the Thunderbird and Wesport Marinas and associated real estate.

Combined, both marinas have over 1,100 boat slips, accommodating powerboats and sailboats up to 80 feet, sizeable commercial boat yards and a successful yacht brokerage division.

Prospero International is an integrated real estate management and development company headquartered in Vancouver. Led by its current president, Derek Lee, Prospero partnered with two other local investors to complete the acquisition.
