Business in Vancouver, a business news journal, publishes an annual list of the 100 biggest real estate deals in British Columbia. The deals are ranked by total value, and the list also includes information about the property, the purchaser, the seller, and the law firms, accounting firms, and advisors involved in each transaction (where possible).

The 2023 list marks the 18th consecutive year that Clark Wilson’s industry-leading Commercial Real Estate Law group has been named on more of the listed transactions than any other law firm.
