Clark Wilson acted for Capstream Ventures Inc. (TSXV: CSP) in completing its TSXV qualifying transaction. Immediately prior to closing, the company also closed a partially brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $1,150,000.

The resulting issuer had an opening TSXV market capitalization of approximately $40.75 million and is listed as a Tier 2 Investment Issuer on the TSXV with equity interests in Axion Games Limited and Innovega Inc.
