Our Employment & Labour chair and partner Andrea Raso has been quoted in a new article from Business in Vancouver, the local trade journal providing news, analysis, and insights for the business community in Vancouver.

This piece examines a recent trend of mass layoffs in the city’s prominent tech industry as well as those occurring within household brands with Vancouver offices. Here, Andrea weighs in on employers’ legal obligations in layoffs and terminations, particularly as it comes to employees’ right to privacy when they learn their employment has ended.
