Founded in 1954, Beedie is now the largest private industrial land owner, developer and landlord in Western Canada, having completed over 21 million square feet of new construction throughout BC and Alberta. For over 60 years, Beedie has maintained a steadfast commitment to building our community and developing the lands and spaces that support it.

Our Work Together

The relationship between Keith Beedie and our own Anne Kober dates back more than 30 years. As Beedie’s CEO, it was Keith’s single-minded entrepreneurial dedication that brought the company to success. Anne is proud to have supported that success through her commitment to Beedie’s growth.

As Keith and Anne each embark on retirement, and Beedie’s leadership fully transitions to Ryan Beedie and his executive team, Keith and Anne have succeeded their relationship to the next generation in their respective organizations.

Today, our work for Beedie includes acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, residential developments, private lending and more, resulting in many of the major landmark developments that make up our city and our province.
