How will legal developments from 2023 impact Canadian intellectual property law in 2024?

To answer that question, Clark Wilson LLP’s intellectual property lawyer, Athar Malik, will be part of a panel at the Canadian Bar Association’s “Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases of 2023” seminar next week.

Athar will be joined by Jennifer Marles of Oyen Wiggs Green & Mutala LLP and Mat Brechtel of Seastone IP LLP. The trio will discuss the most important Canadian intellectual property cases from 2023, and what it all means for intellectual property lawyers and their clients.
