Clark Wilson’s Estates and Trusts co-chair, Amy Mortimore K.C., will present at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s Wills, Estates and Trusts Conference taking place October 17-18th, 2024.
Day two of this hybrid conference is dedicated to estate litigation, where experienced faculty will share their academic knowledge of the law as well as their practice experience.
Amy’s session, “Practice Tips from an Experienced Judge, Mediator, and Litigator,” will cover key topics such as self-represented litigants in mediation and in court, as well as strategies for effective mediation and trial preparation. She will co-present with the Honorable Justice Amy Francis and Tara Britnell, K.C., on October 18.
This course is designed for estate litigation lawyers and will also be valuable for wills and estates solicitors. Attendees will gain the knowledge and skills needed to confidently handle complex estate disputes.
