• University in connection with the negotiation of the provision of telecommunications services with telecommunications service provider and drafting of telecommunications servicing agreements for three university campuses.

• International resort developer in numerous resort development projects in BC.

• Developers with regard to residential and mixed use commercial, retail and residential developments in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond and Pitt Meadows, BC.

• Purchasers in land assemblies in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey and Whistler, BC.
