- Successfully defended a strata corporation in a lengthy five-week trial involving allegations of negligence and breaches of statutory duties, resulting in a complete dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claim against our client (Kayne v. The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 2374, 2013 BCSC 51)
